Watch Your Diet. Eat Together as a Family.
The humans bring home the very best food. No grocery store stuff for us. We don’t have to go out for anything. Nor do we cook. Even when we dig in our heels and refuse to eat what’s served, our human Mom runs around in circles scouting out another brand that pleases us.
The quality of what you eat is critical. Avoid high fat and processed food. Eat a wide variety of whole foods and don't stuff yourself. Drink lots of fresh water.
Who wants to be with a fat partner?
Our meals are very important to us. We use food to bring us closer. We often eat at the same time and don't understand why anyone would want to eat alone.
Make time every day to have a meal together. And if this is even possible for you humans, turn off the TV and just talk to each other.
